Internal head vibration

Hello

Two months ago I had a lot of stress

I had tremor in my hands which scares me and in the same day i felt my body vibrating when i move and only happend  with movement

I went to GP doctor and I did blood test

All the result were clear

I ask the doctor i want to see neurologist and do MRI but he refused he told me if you want a refferal it should be to psychologist because the problem is mental problem

The doctor told me this is anxiety and he was confident

I’m only 25  I have a lot of stress in my life  about the school and other things

But this symptoms is worrying me alot

A spent the days googling my symptoms for two months looking for diseases that related to my signs such as parkison , ms , essential tremor

Now i don’t have hand tremor but my body is still vibrating when i move my leg for example

Especially my head

Should I believe what the my GP said or I need to see neurologist?

Is that trembling and head vibrating when moving lim is anxiety related ?

Trembling and vibrating can be related to anxiety. Especially when you have a lot of stress in your life. Stress and anxiety usually show symptoms in the nervous system. Don’t Google your symptoms because you will scare yourself for no reason. That will increase   Your symptoms. I have had the vibrating feeling when I am stressed out. Many other people on this site have had the trembling and vibration from anxiety and stress. You can always get another opinion from a different doctor but it wouldn’t hurt  to talk to a psychologist about what in life is making you feel anxious. Maybe your symptoms will diminish once you get that help.  If you don’t get any relief then tell your doctor once again that you would like to visit a neurologist. Hope you feel better

Thank you so much for replying me

I got some calmness

I have question about the time of anxiety?

Does the anxiety and that physical symptoms stay that long

I mean it’s been two months now

Both anxiety  and physical symptoms can linger for quite a while.   But everybody is different. Some people will get anxiety and physical symptoms for a day or two while other people may have them linger for many months. That’s why it is important to learn how to manage your anxiety. In my case, mine started as a child.  That was just the anxiety part. The physical symptoms started when I was 28. I had them for many months before they started to tone down. Throughout my life when I got very anxious, I would get some of the physical symptoms. But I knew they were not dangerous so I basically ignore them. The more I would get anxious about them the worst they got.

don’t be discouraged if they come and go. But like I said, the more you will learn anxiety management the less you will have them.

There are some great meditations on YouTube for anxiety. They can really help when you’re feeling very anxious.

I also see a counselor  and they can teach you anxiety management. Take care of yourself with healthy eating, stay hydrated, get some exercise, and socialize. Attitude is everything! Do things that make you smile and feel happy. And don’t take life too seriously. Take care of yourself.
