Hello All, worth researching; Magnesium and or ,vit B12 and vit D3 deficiencies. But donāt try loading up on them in megadoses or haphazardly as initially can make symptoms worse especially B12 (as can be a stimulant in larger doses). Also worth persevering to learn how to meditate everyday . Costs nothing and lots of free good practitioners on YouTube and apps.
Hi m a 27 year old female and going through the same condition, only thing i dnt feel vibrations in my toungue, but in my entire left body. I have been going through severe pain in my neck and backbone and doctors are saying that i might have cervical. Also my eyes are weak and i have a problem called keratconus.Dnt knw how to resolve these vibrations
I have anxiety bad and when I get anxious I get the vibrating feeling and my whole body gets tense. It's scary. They need a chat sight for anxiety ppl like us lol. If been reading a audio for my anxiety it helps to take the edge off.
Mine is bad to. And the vibrating comes from worrying to much that something is wrong. Over all if you worry about the symptoms to much they will make you panic. So try and think about something else. I know easy said then done because I feel the vibrating now lol
It's the worrying and anxiety guys. I know every last sysmtom of it. Are we able to give out emails here. I have a audio book for panic and anxiety I can forward to you guys.
I'm getting this vibration feeling too, it had left for about a week, I was feeling better and I noticed I felt very calm during that week. now since I got a call from my doctor yesterday saying she wants to refer me to a specialist for further testing, I'm feeling that vibration feeling again.. It's overwhelming sometimes, I try to relax, stay calm. I also feel cold all the time, on and off since November. Doctors kept telling me its a viral infection but I just can't seem to catch a break... How long do the vibration sensation lasts for you? is it constant from when you wake up?
I started having internal vibrations everyday 8 months ago after a long haul flight . Was tested for eveythjng by doctors couldnāt find anything . I have since found out I have toxic poisoning from the fuel leak from the flight called aerotoxic ... do you think any of you could have this app
No it is NOT. At least not all of us having anxiety and panic attacks. I am calm as a tank. I have read zillions books on anxiety, listened to zillion tapes, yoga, qigong, amygdala retraining course, special breathing program, acupuncture, hypnosis, self-hypnosis etc. When I have internal organs trembling before bed time, I even talk to my body, saying, what else you can do, show me, bring it on...
Some internal body trembling can be caused by benzos and antidepressants withdrawal and can last for YEARS. And there are some who seemingly have no reason or cause, yet suffer tremendously.
I have experienced internal vibrations for the past 10 years. It started in my stomach and has gradually moved to my entire torso. I notice it mostly when I am trying to sleep. I do have anxiety and my symptoms include chest pain. I have noticed that my symptoms for anxiety and the vibrations increase when I am dehydrated, have not exercised for a while, and havenāt eaten greens as often as I should. Basically, being a good steward of my body seems to work best for me but I am still considering purchasing an AmpCoil for additional health benefits.
Could I ask what test you did to determine this? Did they say what specific toxin it was? I recently tested positive for certain heavy metals, low-level mercury, low-level thallium, relatively high-level lead. All of these are neurotoxins. I'm doing chelation therapy to address this now.
Hi doctors donāt know enough about it but there is a whole website on aerotoxic syndrome .... I was tested by someone who deals with this kind of poisoning and told i had tcp poisoning from the fuel from the plane ... I am trying to detox but very worrying ... what is chelation therapy ?
Do you remember what tests they ran to determine that you had tcp poisoning? Chelation is the use of some sort of binding agent to get rid of toxins in the body. For example, I'm using something called DMSA which binds to metals such as mercury and lead so they can then be excreted.
The tests are autonomic response testing ... see medicine of the future .com so you are taking something to
bind the toxins ... I have been advised the same and infrared saunas .,. Who advise your testing and treatment please ? Was it a doctor ?
I did a urine toxic metals test which showed the elevated metals I mentioned. I'm chelating with oral DMSA and also doing vitamin C and glutathione IVs under the direction of a functional medicine doctor.
For some reason your reply is awaiting to be moderated whatever that means ?? Can you ease advise what symptoms you were having ? And who is helping you thank you
Ok thank you. What is a functional medicine doctor ? And where are you based as may be Interested in going ?does he say that it can clear up completely and had you been on a flight ? What symptoms do you have as realjy struggling x
Sally4Edgar and others on this thread!!! Itās like divine intervention! I have searched and searched and searched for a thread that was still active on such topic. About a month and a half ago, I started experiencing these faint ābuzzingā ācrawlingā type sensations in my hands and feet. Sometimes it was strong enough to radiate from the forearm down to the tips of my fingers or from my knees down to my toes. Itās now more patchy but still comes in the feet and hands (mainly on the tops of the hands and feet). Mine seems to flair up more with movement. For instance, I can open a pickle jar with my right hand and feel the quick buzzing sensation in my left fingers. And just as fast as it comes, it goes. Right now as Iām typing on my iPhone, I can feel just the faintest vibration/buzzing. When it happens, I can grab that part of my body, give it a little squeeze or shake and it dissipates. I have some muscle twitching as well as strange leg pain in the back of my hamstrings as well. The groin pain feels almost identical to what itās like when youāre pregnant and your body excretes the hormone relaxin (which losens your pelvic region for childbirth). Itās more subtle and radiating and happens more when I sit. I too had a clean brain MRI and only slight degeneration on my C4/5/6 vertebrae. My doctor ran a million tests and the only thing that came up slightly high was my homocyestine levels which does indicate I donāt methylate B12 as well. But even with slightly elevated, my integrative medicine doctor said she has seen levels much higher without this type of reaction. Could it be anxiety? Possibly. But I feel like I squashed that personal hypothesis last week when I went back to my GP and had him prescribe me a small dose of lorazepam. I literally told him, āmaybe these sysmptoms are psychosomatic. If so, surely this anxiety medicine will help.ā Well, guess what? Still buzzing even on the lorazepam. From when this initially started, I will say they are slightly better but still really scary. Another thing Iāll tell you - when I stared getting them was around the exact same time I started Prozac. I knew the sensations I was feeling bc I had the same ones over a year ago when I discontinued Zoloft. But hereās where it gets strange. I kinda chalked the sensations up to an SSRI withdrawal the first time I experienced this but when I was starting the prozac and had the same sensations, I couldnāt understand how the same family of drugs could make me have the same sensations but one from withdrawal and one as a reaction to the medication itself?! Mind you ā I was only on the prozac for 6 days when the sensations started!! Iāll also tell you that I called my neuro last week bc I was terrified. Not only was my muscle twitching non stop in my left thigh all day (it has since stopped), but my legs felt strange. I tried to explain it to the nurse but Iām pretty sure she just thought I was crazy. Itās almost like my feet donāt belong to me. I feel, sometimes, like I could lose my balance at any time even though i never do. When I relayed all this to the nurse, my neuro called in a methylprednisone dose pack (6 days worth). I immediately started feeling like my old self again! It did what prednisone is meant to do, clear the inflammation. Now Iām down to my final pill and I can feel the symptoms slowly creeping back in. So what gives?! I have no idea. Iām taking sublingual b12 (5000), 1,000 of Thorne 5-MTHF as well as a ton of B2 bc that was low. But still, the sensations are there and the leg pain is coming back in. What the heck is wrong with me? Iām terrified. But also relieved to know people have felt the same thing. When I get the buzzing sensations, they make me want to crawl right out of my skin. Itās almost like someone sticking a thing fork to my bones inside and it ever so slightly radiating outward to where Incan feel it right under my skin. Ugh!!!!
You should probably Google "functional medicine" to get a better definition than I can give. In short, it's a medical practitioner who tries to get to the root of your medical issues rather than just treating the symptoms like a conventional medicine MD would do. I'm based near Boston. I'm not being treated for aerotoxia. Your mention of it was the first time I've heard about this. I'm being treated for heavy metals as I mentioned previously. It sounds like the treatment would be similar in order to get whatever toxins are in your body out.
I would definitely get yourself tested for heavy metals. I'm surprised your integrative practitioner didn't do that from the start. It's really easy to build up toxins in your body these days. We live in a pretty toxic world. You might also want to be tested for Lyme disease although the tests aren't very good and your symptoms actually sound a bit mild for full-blow Lyme disease.
