Does Prozac help with the intrusive thoughts from anxiety?

Thank you! I have anxiety and depression and it’s the anxious thoughts that keep me stuck. I think constantly ‘I’m going to go crazy’ or ‘Am I really here or is this a dream?’ And just crap like that that goes round and round and then I work myself up. I’m hoping the Prozac controls it because I’m aware of how silly it is and how it keeps me trapped in the cycle.
