Hi I had IOL impant 6 years ago because of my elevate myopia. In the last year I started having blurred vision, difficulty to focus and a sort of dizziness fell like I lose balance. It get worse when I am in closed spaces. I have eyeglasses for reading and watching tv , when I put them it helps a little.. I went to see a doctor and he said it is all good I have only -0.50 on both eyes.. but I don't feel good.. I fell so sad that no one knows what is happening with me.. does anyone had this problem?

You should check your dry eye.
I got similar symtoms after a vitrectomy which bothered me for half years until my dry eye’s been addressed.
thank you for replying, I will ask my ophthalmologist I am going to see him next week because he sent me to do an epithelial cells test and he is going to tell me the results.. what type of treatment did you have for dry eye?
I got several kinda eye drops and lubricant gel, plug implanted also.
