I am having a panic attach thinking that I have lung cancer

My chest has a. Ironing sensaftion

Like the start of a cold but I was just on antibiotics for a sinus infection.. what can it be? Why am I not feeling better. I don't have a cough but my throat is so dry.

Sounds like acid reflux which can give you an itchy dry throat.  Panic will make it far worse.  Perhaps try an antacid.

Agree you need an antacid, I get this and have done for years, I take an antacid daily. Gaviscon is good.
