Hi, I started on Sertraline 3 days have just started randomly spotting. I am on the pill and my periods are normally regular, and I am only half way through my cycle. Is this normal and has anyone experienced anything similar?

What I experienced on sertraline was blood in urine so I had to stop using it. It is a possible side effect though.
