Irritated VP?

I have recently started birth control and I have become sexually active since summer. I got a yeast infection and these little bumps i believe to be irritated VP. My doctor said I had a yeast infection and the "VP" was two skin tags that will "go away" and the reasoning for my yeast infection could be that I am a Type 1 Diabetic though it was my first ever yeast infection. I have recently gotten another yeast infection about a month later and the "skin tags" are bothering me again. Any idea what it is? There is white discharge in the photo from my last yeast infection treatment.

Hi, your doctor was right, it’s VP. They can get more swollen when you have yeast or irritated
but do not necessarily go away. If it causes too much discomfort, you can look into laser treatment to remove them.
