Sam, you have kept a very detailed catalogue of your experiences. My general comment would be that between your Urologist and the Dermatologist they need to find a way of getting your penis as healthy as possible.
However, what I can address are the issues you specify in point 8 and 9 and the issues shown in several of the photos including the final one. Photos 4 and 8 show typical appearance of Fordyce Spots and they may have become particularly clear to you because over the ensuing period they have become irritated - and obviously the general redness of your penile skin and that of your scrotum looks quite irritated too.
So, irritation of the sensitive penile skin is caused through contact with usually chemical based items that are negatively impacting on the skin. These can be things the we regularly use such as soap, shower gel and other forms of body wash - so for example, if we regularly washed our hair in the shower much of that will drain down the body and get onto the penile and scrotal skin. When any body wash agents end up in the entire groin region it then depends how diligently we use the running water of the shower to ensure all cleaning agents are rinsed away, and therefore give minimal impact on the skin. Once we get out of the shower the other really important thing we need to do for all of the skin in the groin region is to ensure it is completely dry as the mere presence of moisture left on the skin can also be an irritant. These are the basic things we need to put in place before we can then say that we are doing everything possible to minimise irritation of skin in the groin region.
Is there anything else, such as a skin cream that you are applying to the skin of your penis and scrotum … ?
dear sir,
I have some question:
1- could this red color and irritation be related to some warts which will appear?
2- Is this red color a symptom or it is a decease Itself.
3- Could irritation drive to this tiny pin in the point near urethra opening (photo no5)
4-I used many anti-fungal creams since Dec 2018 tell now as: Mycoheal, Lotriderm, Resolve plus
and tablets as: Fluna, Itrazol and moisturizer as Bepanthen.
i can say that i become better 50% comparing to DEC 2018 point .
for the moment I’m using a cream since one week (I will write its name when i get home) .
thank you.
regards
for the moment Im using ALFACORT cream 10%
by the way, I’m using this soap which is made from olive oil,
What you need to understand is I have no medical training and certainly do not have the understanding and perspectives that a Dermatologist would have. Yes it is good that you can provide all this detailed information, but in basic terms I am unable to follow this as I have a very low level of concentration.
So in terms of the numbered points you have made most recently: 1.) unlikely to develop into warts, and there is no way you can predict that. 2.) I would say the red colour is due to severe irritation. 3.) Irritation could be part of what you see, but it is unlikely that irritation has caused this. My concern is whether you have recently tested for the presence of STD / STI’s as I have known of one case where something similar was caused by the presence of HPV?
My general and essential comment would be that you have applied way too many things to your penis and tried a whole host of other medications.
The thing you need to be working towards is applying absolutely nothing to your penis at all, as this is the only way to return it to its natural state. And in addition, stopping any other medications, such as the tablets you are taking
In terms of the soap, there may be olive oil in there but the only way to get it to solidify is to make it in the same way all bars of soap are made with the same ingredients - the only safe thing on penile skin that is in the least bit irritated is water, what you have is really severe irritation, you will not cure this by applying an never ending host of chemical based items to your penis.
The best health specialist I can recommend you try to find is a Dermatologist who specialises in Genital Health Disorders, many of these actually mainly deal with women, but you may be able to find one you can go to in the area in which you live …
