You sound like your Anxiety is acting up Chris.
However if you feel your tummy is unsettled your first port of call is the Chemist, explain and ask for advice. The chemist will have various medication to calm yourself down. If your tummy does not settle after about a week make and appointment with your GP., however it sounds like gas, or heatburn, this can be caused by bolting your food or drinking to much Lager etc.
Yes Chris, anxiety can pop up at any time even when you’re not feeling anxious. But there are some things you can do to manage it better.
First of all, when you have anxiety and you react with fear and more anxiety, your symptoms will get worse. Basically your brain interprets that as you “being in danger“. So your brain sends out more adrenaline which increases the symptoms such as fast heart rate, breathlessness and other symptoms.
The key is to relax your mind as much as possible so that symptoms also relax.
One thing I think would be great for you to listen to is an audio on YouTube called “mindfulness breathing guided meditation 10 minutes“
this teaches you how to breathe properly with anxiety and how to maintain control instead of letting anxiety takeover. You can do this anywhere anytime and it is effective.
it’s also good to address things in your life that maybe causing you anxiety and stress. Think of everything like job, school, family, relationships etc. sometimes speaking with a counselor can help you sort that out. Make sure you’re taking time out for yourself and enjoying simple things you enjoy doing. Try not to take life too seriously and take one day at a time.
There are many other audio meditations on YouTube for anxiety, depression, sleep, etc. they completely relax my mind, body and symptoms. Check them out!
You’re going to be OK.
If you haven’t had a physical with your doctor it’s a good idea to get one and it also gives you peace of mind. Hope you feel better soon! ❤️😁
