It's driving me crazy I don't know what to do total mess
i am in peri which is bad enough i think . Hope someone can help or give you reasurance its an awful part of life …

hi janice - believe it or not, i am post menopause 6 years & the last year has been the worst for me. i suffer from horrible burning, flushing, digestion issues, brain fog, migraine headaches that i believe are caused by my flushing. i was just reading today that perhaps something else maybe the culprit like adrenal fatigue or some type of thyroid issue, because why am i having all these vasomotor/nerve issues. i did have terrible anxiety for a bit, but that has gotten better - still have health anxiety though - what are your symptoms?
Bot are post some are perrl. I haven’t had a period for over 4 years now and got told a few weeks ago that I was in post.meno thought things got better
