Do someone has BV while pregnant? Is it safe to be pregnant while having BV?

I’ve heard it can cause early birth but not sure how backed up that is

BV doesn’t do anything to pregnancy I had both my kids with BV cuz I get it quite often and I after I delivered and stopped Breast feeding I took that generic version of Flagyl but I had it for almost a year without treating it I did the at home remedies with got rid of the odor

Yes I’m pregnant with BV I just used apple cider vinegar water and acidophilus and it got rid of mine
