Hello .I am Tanaya 28 years 5'4" weight 63kgs I used to have a lot more weight 80kgs in last year when my periods were really irregular later i changed my whole lifestyle as well as my diets.I also had a miscarriage in last year since then I haven't tried for kids yet. After losing weight my periods became more regular.I am having periods in every month since last 7months.But this isn't in exactly 28days but sometimes it is taking almost 38-40days but I am having it without any medicines.I wanna try Homeopathy in order to regularise menstruation (i.e 28-35days) I don't want to go for allopathy or hormone replacement therapy.I heated that Homeopathy works nice on this ground. If somebody has tried Homeopathy for PCOS kindly revert me here.
There is no evidence homeopathy works and it can be quite expensive, but placebo effects can sometimes work. I understand not wanting to take the usual drugs, but 38-40 days isn’t that bad for PCOS, I used to sometimes wait 8 months for a period! I am now quite regular but some months I have a 23 day cycle and others 39. Cutting out sugar, dairy and alcohol and doing regular exercise I think would be more effective, but if you want to try homeopathy good luck.
