Looks like a yeast infection or Thrush. You can get a home treatment from your pharmacy/chemist that is a vaginal pessary and cream. Made by Canesten. Use as directed and it should clear it up.
If it doesnt,then see your doctor who can give you a stronger medication and also do a swab.
