i had sex with a women on august 27 (3.5 weeks ago) .. I got these white flakes with skin redness in groin folding region.. it has been 3 days i found .. 1st day its burning to touch.. i am cleaning this last 2 days and no pain or burn now.. still i am scare to see looks like sore or ulcer now or yeast infection

sore got healed and not ulcerated or burning now in 1 day after applying clotrimazole cream( anti fungal) and coconut oil.. I think its a groin chafing/ jock itch happened
i have similarities looking for answers as well… pics attatched, stings when I pee & irritable if touched or rubbed..

I do not feel burning sensation while peeing.. Most of the times it’s fungal infection CANDIDA.. If you are sexually active or had unprotected oral /vaginal.. Kindly take STI test
