Is it genital herpes ? (pictures included)

Hi,

Since June 2018 I have noticed some erosions on my perineum that come and go. (the last time i had sex before that was in January 2016). No bumps, no itching, no fluid, no crusting, i just feel a really mild irritation. It heals without any medication within 10 days max I went to see my GP, he thought it was just irritation. But it keeps on comming back. I am Hsv1 positive, but all the swabs that i did came back negative. Here is a picture of it after 4 days.
Do you think it is herpes ?

it does look like a mild outbreak, and it could be hsv1 which is cureable to my understanding. in my opinion you should get a second opinion and ask for medication.
