in the beginning i had itching and redness so
i consulted a dermatologist he first said that it was contact dermatitis and he gave the prescription

azithral pulse 500mg
After this medication the itching is completely gone and redness has decreased but there is this swelling thing on the glans and just below the glans on the foreskin and also there some kind of smelly discharge so i consulted him again and he is telling that it may be genital herpes but i told him that i never had a sexual contact with anyone
i think it is some fungal infection what should i do?
