i have some small lesions around my glans that never changed in colour and size and never disappeared sometimes they are get burning sensation with shaft nerve pain, mostly burning with urination sometimes anus pain as well, sometimes i get red patches on my testicles accompanied by itching. my penis head is very sensitive to touch no antibiotics can help. the other issue is that i get small fluid filled lesions on my finger and in the back of my hand and sometimes on the back of my feed followed by lot of itching. please help me.
