Go see your doctor while you have the bumps. U could have ezcema on your penis can be a lot of different things every bump on or near the penis isn't herpes. Better safe than sorry make an appointment or hit your nearest urgent care

You should get checked because it looks like what i was dealing with like last week it wasn't painful though, but i still haven't been to a doctor I'm going because I think I possibly could have it and if its making your eye itch or sting it could be herpes are very contagious

You're fine. I've had the real one. Yours are normal tiny skin bumps. My foreskin was inflamed on one side. I had bruises & red shiny, and then moist patches that turned scabby after a weak.
