Is it herpes? Please help!

Hi everyone,

Sorry I know you get this question about 99% of the time but I'm honestly so scared and afraid, I made a mistake and had unprotected anal intercourse in 2nd of January, 2 weeks later, the corona of my penis became very irritated and itchy, then followed by a penile discharge, thin and watery.

During the last 3 months I checked my penis everyday so there's no way I could've missed sores or blisters, however my Urethra is so inflamed and feels tight.

I tested negative for all stis, I didn't take a Herpes test as they don't include it in STIs routine screens, but I'll do it soon, it's just I'm so tired and depressed.

I read that it might be Urethral Herpes?

Please help me as I'm going insane. thanks a lot!!!

Go get a blood test done, since there is no sore present new infection requires a igm blood test and old infection requires a igg blood test..

I know this might sound odd but did you clean well after the anal intercourse? I mean is there any chance that anything could have gotten up in there to cause irritation or an infection?? 

I’m just asking bc this could be nothing but an infection due to anal. But do go and think that’s what this is. Definitely 100% go to the doctors to get the blood work done. Know for certain what it is.
