I had unprotected sex the first day of my period, the next day there were like red spots but they were flat and more like tiny red blotches, on top of thigh bottom of butt, I thought it could be irritation as I was sitting on top of him during sex, this was last week, since then there raised and red dried tiny like a pin prick spot, but beside them I had tiny lumps and a few white heads, today some parts of it looks like when a black head comes out but white and lik a dead skin cell, there is a few of them, can this be herpes I am going to try attach a picture
