this popped up on the middle of the day on friday and the last time I had sex was a month ago and it only burns when I pee but the weird thing is that it has no fluids other than a little blood but can someone tell me if this looks like herpes

That does look an awful lot like Syphilis. Get yourself some blood work done, Syph is treatable but the earlier the better.
