I have this bumps with white head but its impossible to pop them like a pimple, they don’t hurt but just look bad. I have them on my lower side of buttocks and inner tights. I went to see a dermatologist and she told me it’s probably folliculitis but gave acne gel to use for it. It is called clindacne with Clindamycinum. It is not helping at all. I would be thankful for any opinions or tips how to get rid of it? I’m afraid it might be herpes and the dermatologist was wrong.
