Ive been treated for both but i cant help but wonder about the small cut like, bump figures on the skin of my penis(the small white tiny pimple like figures under the head are normal and harmless), does anyone know what this could mean?

It’s hard to tell but since you’ve been having unprotected sex it’s best to get them swabbed to be really sure.
The small lumps/cut do look like herpes sores. you should get them swabbed to confirm.
