Is it Herps or Scabbies? Please Help

I was suffering from Red glans, white discharge under the foreskin and red foreskin. I had sexual protected contact 2 months ago but unprotected oral. Symptoms started after 15 days from exposure. On washing, my glans and foreskin gets really shinny, waxy and starts crumbling due to dryness but doesn't flake away.My groin area is seldom itchy too.

After urination, i used to have tingling sensation at the tip of my penis for 10-15 minutes.Then i consulted a urologist and he diagnosed balanophitis for which I was on 20 day doxy and itranazole caps for first 20 days  course but no improvement (applid onabet too)

Then i consulted a dermatologist and he prescribed Fluconazole 150 capsules for alternate days for 15 days. it was not improving for the first 10 days so i stopped using onabet and started using coconut oil. The white discharge under the foreskin has ceased. The redness of the foreskin as reduced too. 

I consulted the urologist again after i got my urine culture done and it came positive with E.coli. The urologist was shocked as UTI doesn't make sense keeping my age in mind (i am 27). He has prescribed some tablets for it.

Now few days back just after consultation i noticed something on my foreskin and i don't what it is (There is no itchiness or blisters on my foreskin or glans just small red dots). I am attaching a pic of it. Kindly suggest what it is?

I have done diabetics test and HIV 1 and 2 till now and both came negative. Does it looks like herpes or scabies ?

No one suggested you to get it swabbed ?

Nopes I consulted a urologist twice and a dermatologist too but no one suggested me to get something done.

Is there any difference between getting biopsy done or getting swabbed?

Does it look serious?

I think on a biopsy they take a piece of the skin, painful. It does look waxy and leathery, have you done an hsv 1 or 2 igG test?

I have not done hsv 1 and hsv 2 yet but I am planning to.

Is it looks like herps? Because it is not itchy or have any blisters.

No it doesn't, but honestly hsv looks different on a lot of ppl, plus after this test you can rule it out.

Yes chris, i will take the test in a few days for sure.

I am waiting for uti to get clear first.

I never had these issues in my life till now and now i am battling with everything at once.....balanitis or herps and uti also.

it has been a really painful experience till now with no progress.

I got positive for hsv 1 but negative for hsv 2.

I have something similar and I have same symptoms like you ? please help me did you solved it ? i was going to ten doctors but they can't find what is it. Now also I have swollen lymph nodes so I think that can be something very dangerous.
