Is it hypochondria or just anxiety?

Hello guys...

So the last three months I feel like I'm going crazy.

The weather here is really warm and my cubicle in my job doesn't even have a window which makes things worse.

Every day I feel I have a fever, I check my temp in work every 30 minutes (always around 37 celcius), I check my pulse and all that in secret because I don't want people to find out...

I'm on Zoloft, recently upped my dosage to 50mg.

I always feel that I will have a fever and I will have trouble if I call sick and I will lose my job...

When I go home things are better but I still check my temp and stuff.

What should I do?

Stop taking your temperature and maybe bring a little fan to work.I have hot flashes and feel hot a lot so I try to dress for it and have a fan handy..even if just a simple hand held fan from stock paper. Air flow helps a lot.

I do not do it on purpose, it's like I need a constant verification that I don't have a fever or I am upset...

It like last month when my neck hurt really bad and I thought I had tonsilitis... Only to realise (2 hours later) that I had my tonsils removed when I was a child and my neck suddenly stopped aching...

Oh I love my brain...

Im really worried guys...

Does anyone else get a fever for no reason at all?

One day I'm fine, next day I'm at 37,3, the next day I'm fine...

I mean can anxiety alone cause you a fever or does it always mean you're sick..
