Don't mind me...just here with the usual anxiety I get the week before my period. This is routine unfortunately.
Valarie I agree with u before my period anxiety is really high and it seems to drag on watching the clock for the day to be over just had my period so feeling a little better now I no I have about ten days now before it all starts again it's like a roller coaster an we just gotta ride it out ...
Mine seems to come after my period...the past few days I have been having to take rescue remedy and it really takes it all away within a few minutes. Thank goodness for that!
I never know when mine is coming. But it is like I can't wait to go to sleep so I don't have to suffer anymore. Then I hope when I wake up I will be too busy to notice for a while
