I sometimes get sharp pains for just behind my bottom hole sorry don’t know any other way to describe it just behind my a**hole I guess 
it does not happen often it normally happens maybe a few times a month and it’s for like 2 or 3 days in a row just a few sharp pains at one point a long time ago maybe a year ago or so the pain level was at a 8ish but now when it happens it’s like a 2 or a 3 it’s more of a discunfurt than a pain. then it just stops is this diet related or a sign of something sinister please message back ASP and have no symptoms like abdominal pain or blood in my poo or anything like that just these weird pains can anyone help?
There’s something called proctalgia fugax, I get it off and on, not more than 2 or 3 times a year, but I don’t know how often is “normal”. But it’s like a spasm that cause awful pain in the anus, it only lasts a minute or so but feels longer because it hurts really bad. Anyway my doctor acted like it was no big deal the time I discussed it with him. Of course I have no idea if that’s what you have, you might want to look it up and see if it sounds similar.
