Im 24 and I noticed that this past week, I've been peeing a little more frequently. Especially when I think about peeing. It all started when I watched a video called "This video will make you want to pee" or something like that. I honestly don't know why I clicked on it. And then before I know it, I had watched a bunch of bladder and urinary problems signs videos and freak myself out. Since then, I feel like I start to pee more frequently. At first, it was like this constant pressure on my bladder but that feeling quickly went away as soon as I distracted myself with something fun. I notice I pee once about every 2 hours. Like the more I think about peeing or having bladder issues, I need to pee. I don't think I feel any pain. Yes, I do get pelvic pain or lower abdomen pain a lot due to IBS (sharp pains just start there randomly and I have to try and release some gas or have BM in order for it to go away, ew). But its not anything new. I don't think I see any blood. The color ranges from dark yellow to clearish yellow. Dark yellow only when Im dehydrated and it changes to a lighter color as I drink more water. I don't smell any odd smells? Sometimes the smell is stronger than other but I noticed it could be dehydration. I tend to not drink a lot and end up dehydrated so I found myself drinking more water lately. Maybe 3-5 bottles a day rather than 1 or 2. When I don't drink a lot of water that day, I pee like once every 3-4 hours. Not sure but its definitely less than when I drink a lot of water or even worse, think and stress about peeing. My pee has some bubbles in it but usually when I pee fast. I get those all the time. My urine seems pretty clear, not cloudy. I thought I saw some white particles in it and read that it could be dehydration, so I drank more water and then I didn't really see them again. I heard a burning sensation is a sign of infection but I just feel like my pee feels warm? It's not burning or hot, just a little warm when it touches my skin. This also happens all the time, for years. Especially after swimming or coming out of a cold shower, my pee feels really warm. Again, no pain. Is it all normal? Just anxiety and drinking too much? Or infection? I might be going to the doctors soon. I have to meet with my doc every once in a while to check on how Im doing (IBS, anxiety, those stuff) and Ill ask her about this.
Not to mention, my IBS has been acting up this past 2 weeks. Maybe because I’ve been so stressed
Hey, when I use to have severe health anxiety I use to perform often. So it could be due to your anxiety. Also if your drinking more the more you will pee. If you wanna totally put your mind at ease I would recommend getting a urine test done. But I'm pretty sure it's down to your increase in water consumption or anxiety. If you ever need anyone to talk to feel free to message me
