i have been experiencing it for couple of months. i got negative for all the STD’s . i have little red dots too. they come and go . i am sexually active . i use protection too . there is so discharge or foul smell . i am experiencing blue colour on the cororna (rim) of the penis . is the colour normal . what expertise think this condition could be ?
Blue colouration anywhere on the head of an adult penis is quite normal. The red dots are a natural part of your penis, what is varying is the level to which they are irritated, and this has to do with what your penile skin is in regular contact with.
Photos 1 & 2 suggest the skin on the head and foreskin of your penis is quite dry - the most common cause of this is long-term exposure to soap and other forms of body wash such as shower gel.
Before you shower draw your foreskin as far forward as it will go to protect the head and inner-foreskin.
Wash the rest of your body as you would normally and fully rinse. Then expose the head of your penis and wash with the warm (never hot) running shower water, use the inside of your hand, fingers and fingertips to clean your penis with - make sure the inner-foreskin and head of your penis is completely dried when you get out of the shower.
