Ahh thanks for your positive words, it really helps to come on this forum to get advice etc.
Yes routine is important, I do work and find it a real struggle at the moment as thats some of the cause of my anxiety.
I am struggling to keep up my exercise which before this bout of anxiety which hit me like a steam train was almost a dayily part of my life and routine. Saying that am fighting against it and doing a little bit so something is better than nothing!
Thanks for the night nurse advice will keep that in mind, have tried Clipper Sleep Easy tea at night which am not sure is helping but maybe it is?
I have also started some mindfulness, bought a book which comes with a CD to help with the meditation, am willing to try it to help me return back to me again!
She's had bad day todayHi Mel did you get the Valerian?im on 2nd bottle of them.have a look at dr Claire Weekes it then goes on to You Tube few things for you to look at for anxiety have told Joan 152 to look at it .shes not had good day today I've glanced it but will look into this tomorrow it's late and my ears are hissing like crazy, take me another hour to nod off, good thing I don't have a job to get to,don't know how people do it not having enough sleep or kiddies to look after truly don't let's know how your doing and check dr Weekes and You Tube out takecare Mar x
Got the valerian but still not taken it, scaredy cat. And my sleep has now gone back to 5 hrs if I'm lucky. Reason not taken is I have now got extreme dizziness back and ringing in ears, not sure if it's the return of labyrithitus (GOD I HOPE NOT) and I have turned into a health worry wort, so going to wait till this hopefully passes then get on the valerian, the dizziness is worse now than the lack of sleep especially as I have 4 kids to look after and I feel I'm not giving them my best let's hope we are all in a better place soon. Just keeping in touch with others who know how we are feeling is better than medicine. Thanks for replying going to check out dr weeks, thanks x
Hi Mel that giddyness is the pits I get it bad most days, long before Valerian, terrible.Get on balance site lots with it on there all in same boat or on same boat .yes on site talking to others goes a long way to get you through these tough days we have with it Mel ,you've got the kiddies to care for my how tough are your days.Just me and husband,my 2 flown the nest but don't know how one copes having this condition and still having to care for children the stress you must be under daily, heart goes out to you truly.
You perhaps can try one Valerian at night see how you feel.?
My ears are screaming Mel some days don't want to drop down ,I do eventually put a hair dryer by the ears and if lucky it will drop ,give that a try on low setting. God bless all work out one of these days for all of us God Willing always chat here xx
Hi Marlene hope your having a good day! Thought I would tell you I had a reflexology session yesterday was feeling really dizzy and had tinnitus immediately after felt better and hope I don't jinx it but still ok today. Might be worth a try? xx
Hi Mel glad you had reflexology,I've got a friend who a therapist who a trained reflexologist. When I first got Rhinitis she gave me treatments, not had it done for a fair while .I think try these treatments better than all these Drs tablets .glad you felt better. When I had neck op last year surgeon (yes a surgeon ) told me Reiki for the anxiety. what did he know that Drs surgerys didn't ? Clever man to do his job saying Reiki . my ears have been hissing like crazy of late ,I firmly believe tinnitus acts to air pressure for some,
balance still going when walking ,wonder if that's a vitamin imbalance ie iron magnesium etc I do gat the Quiet Magazine from tinnitus org tells you what they've been doing into Tinnitus. Have few more reflexology sessions see how you go don't think it will harm any,and my balance began after I went to osteopath for my sinuses 3 yrs ago within 2 days go figure that out .
You have a good day, lovely weather here ,wish we on site could get out and enjoy it hey.pain all this lets know how you go on xx
Hi Marlene hope the tinnitus has settled for you, I'm still doing ok having another reflexology session this week and finally after 7 months have been referred to ENT. Weather has been lovely so been out for a few lunch dates with friends distraction helps. Wishing you well mel xx
Hi Mel glad your having more Reflexology,it's a calmer for sure.you stick with it.I think the Valerian helped, still get the anxiety ,it's up and down,my tinnitus is the bug bear, along with this balance prob that's on going past 3 years, think everything's linked up together.
I have begun on Vit D 3 as a chap on Vertigo site mentioned lack of this Vit D interesting to read up on Mel.
Glad to your managing to get out with your friends ,even the odd night out will do you good long term ,worse thing is spending to long indoors.even couple hours out boost you up,ready for next day
weather here doesn't know what it wants to do,can't beat UK weather that's for sure? Hope things get better for you as days go on keep in touch hey xxx
