i was at a concert tonight, and everyone was smoking weed. at one point i started feeling dizzy and super anxious and i couldnt calm down. i still feel this way and its been a few hours. is this normal?? im scared
Haha, the exact same thing happens to me when I go to concerts. Not fun, severe irrational anxiety, not a fan. I have many friends that smoke, some say you wouldnt get a contact buzz from a concert, some say its very possible. I dont know for sure, all I know is every concert I go to I start freaking out, very irratonally. It will pass soon, just go to a place where you feel comfortable and sleep it off.

yes but i also have chronic dizziness problems so i would of been dizzy anywys. the dizziness would of been from the anxiety. def possible.
