Female, 26 years old, Caucasian. I had problems with haemorrhoids for years, and they have been purplish, I didn't get uncomfortable as often maybe two or three times and only wiped blood twice, today the third time. After I wiped and there was blood I checked it up to see if it was from the anus or I started periods, but noticed this instead, looks like puss or is it normal? I have never had them checked by a doc. I'm afraid to go there because of the pandemics and health care here is not the best, it is 99% in vain to go and has probably higher to get infected with covid than having a good doctor.
I don’t see any puss but I’m not sure. They do look very swollen and uncomfortable. 
I would make an appointment to have them looked at. A doctor can give you the best advice and they are taking a lot of COVID precautions. I was seen twice during the pandemic for hems and its a pretty quick visit.
