Here goes..today,in the morning,i woke up feeling anxious,but this was weird..i only got up to close my window and stretch my chest,all for 30secs and when i got back to bed i felt like ive ran 10miles..i could breathe normaly,but my legs were weak and my whole body felt weak.my legs feel weak every day,feet are slightly numb (numbnes spreads to legs at night) i feel ill but no runny nose or anything.i get random chest pain and discomfort (left,right and middle),i breathe very lightly,random headaches,stomach pain,left rib,armpit,shoulders,neck and jaw pain,but all mild.all pains are random,and come only when i sit infront of my pc or when im active.i get minor chills also when im relaxing.i had a panic attack which woke me up at night 3 weeks ago cause,i think,was constantly worried over my arm,which was operated.but 1 week before the panic attack i felt only week,lightheaded and nauseated until the panic attack.every night,around 8-9pm,i have trouble breathing,weak,but my heart beats like 45-48 a minute. im using normabel,but havent used it in 4 days.. but after the panic attack,in 12 days i used around 16 pills,once i used 3 in 1 day..so is this really anxiety that im experiencing? Cause my doc said that its al in my head.i even took a blood test and all was normal.normal stool..everything normal

Mine started about 2 and a half a months ago , sudden joltting pain in chest heart racing , Didnt know what to do and afterwards I knew oky I had a panic attack , I just felt ill ever since , started with stomach isuses and burning sensation in chest are with chest pains , went to docter they gave me some pills for inflamation That went away the the headaches started terible hyension and burning headaches with nausua nd fatigue feeling like I was gona die , went to doc he gave me antibiotics , the pain never went away and suddenlu it aopped nd then the S#!t go real , my mood change heart palpilations each day chest pain everything u can imagine , from numbness and body pain illness everything went back to doc they did 3 EKGc already and tested lungs and blood test nd evrything looked fine , so he gave me 40mg beta blokcer and 1mg ativan ( anti depression ) I started it feels that it was working but I need a stronger dosage or somethi g cuase its starting to come back again , Im so depressed thingkin Im go a die of aome bad desease Im always worried about my heart
Same here man..and today,while watching a video,i felt lightheaded and dizzy..i took b complex before it happened.im taking the b complex twice a day.can it be due to the overdose or..i really need help,cause this is the only thing that could compare to toothache,the worst pain that ive experienced
And about depression,i had it 4 times (girl problems) and all lasted for the same period,like 3-4 w
Weeks..at least, with depression,i know that it will come good for me.sry about your issue..i hope it will go away btw,do you know what caused your problems?
