my vagina walls. i have been bathing in hot water recently and i think my vagina got dry and i would just give it a scratch or two. im worried if its something to worry about.
from the photos everything looks normal but they are to far away to see anything out of the ordinary

As a woman you’re not supposed to use hot water to wash your vulva. It strips the protective skin off. Use an antiseptic feminine wash and wash it off with warm water
Please understand there are only certain times when you need to wash your vulva with anything other than warm water. You didn’t do anything wrong using warm/hot water don’t use anything you don’t need to.

i just posted better quality pictures. the inside has like some parts that are lighter and also a dot that looks like a pimple? that worries me

Still a little hard to see but I think maybe fordyce spots nothing to worry about it’s sebaceous oil glands.
they look like fordyce spots which are harmless. They may appear as they do right now because you were bathing in hot water and the vagina area appears to be very tender. Does it hurt to touch and do the bumps feel smooth ?
