So i had this scabby type bump show up about 2 weeks ago then it started to look like an Ulcer(Canker Sore) but didnt hurt or cause any issue but then i noticed 4 other tiny scabby sores on my penis. about 5 days ago i started taking Doxycycline and idk if its working or making it worse or what bc the day i started taking it the sores started spreading through my pubic region but the only time they hurt is when my clothes rub against it constantly. Right when it looks like its done spreading it just gets worse the next day when i wake up and idk what to do and dont know if its Syphilis or Herpes and need help!
