Hey guys it's me again, I just wanted to know if anyone was hypersensitive to caffiene like me and tried to build back up to drinking it again. I had to stop 7 months ago when my anxiety got stronger but I also have adhd which means stimulants really help me focus so I want to try using it again but will it just backfire horribly? It's crazy how I used to be able to drink so much of it and now since last time i tried it, a sip makes me jittery as hell.
I'm in the same boat!!! I want coke and coffee so bad but the last time I drank either I had a real bad panic attack. I don't know if it's a mind thing or what but I can no longer tolerate caffeine at all. I'm sad because I used to enjoy both
Im notnsure if yours has become a belief now. So it will be hard to know which really makes you jittery. Add usually have the opposing effect as you nited. Soda is poison theres really no need to try that again. But coffee or tea maybe. Maybe start with tea as a trial and just one cup. But realize the mind might be all in on this now,
