The urologist has performed a Frenuloplastly on you, which is a minor procedure.
As you are able to retract the foreskin when flaccid or erect, that means it was a successful surgery.
Talking about sex, you should be able to do it comfortably. You must use some water based lubricant to avoid any discomfort.
If you feel that your foreskin might still be too tight for sex, then talk about it with your doctor. He can loosen up the frenulum a little more.
But I would advise you to stop worrying about it as long as you don’t actively engage in sex for a couple of times, because that’s when you would be able to judge your condition properly.
And yes, sex won’t cause any Peyronies etc… but, rough sex can cause tears in the foreskin or frenulum (which isn’t a big deal).
You should believe me because I have got my frenulum corrected twice.
Good luck.
Than you for your opinion amarjeeto. I also got my frenulum corrected twice. Because the first surgery didnt succed, only left me this big scar. The second one was successful the doctor cut the part of the frenulum and iam okey to retract my foreskin when iam full-erect with no problem like you see on the 3rd photo.
