Red ish labia , I don’t remember if I’m usually this colour as I just recovered from a yeast infection
Am I just making a big deal out of nothing ? Please tell me if this looks normal

Looks normal to me. As long as there is no discomfort then I wouldn’t worry about it. If you are still worried then go see your GP and get your mind put at ease.
Hi Ashley, if it is sore or itchy you could check out essential oils which might help, lots of info online, if you put 2 drops of peppermint essential oil into 1 teaspoon of carrier oil like sweet almond oil, or other recommended essential oils, it may sting slightly in that area but might help, essential oils have healing properties, pain killing, stops itching, anti inflammatory, anti bacterial, anti viral, don't use essential oils NEAT they are strong stuff, mix with a carrier oil like sweet almond oil or Johoba oil, hope this helps.
Hi again, that does look sore, have you tried extra virgin coconut oil, it seems to contains properties that kill candida albicans, lots of info online how to use it for yeast infections.
