I think it looks fine. It is going to be a little red after sex or masturbation because of the blood in the penis. When the blood is gone so is the redness.

Agree with Ken, the other issue you need to be careful about during masturbation and / or sex is whether you are applying anything to your penis such as an actual lube, or, anything else.
You may have a slight irritation factor going on - lubes and things like baby oil or lotion are okay for masturbation, but must NOT make contact with the meatus.
Coconut Oil is a slightly better option as long as you are not using them with condoms - as a lube for masturbation it is really good for penile skin as it is a natural plant product: a very light coating on the shaft is all that is required
