I am circumcised and my meatus looks somewhat like lips, and I don’t know if it’s normal or not. It has looked like that for as long as I can remember. It doesn’t feel swollen, but it doesn’t look like anything I’ve seen on the internet. If there is something wrong with it please tell me what to do to fix this.
This is quite common. If it has been like this for a long time, or certainly before you are sexually active then it is most certainly simply the natural development of your penis
The only person that would would tell you for sure would be to see a Urologist
