Is my penis normal? How can I delete this white thing?

Since 2 months or more I have noticed white skin on my glans, but I don't if it was smegma or dead skin (maybe my penis is dry?). I wash my penis (including glans, etc.) 2/3 times a day with detergent (4.5 ph), the other times only water, but after some hours I washed it (maybe also 1 hour) I see again that white thing. I think it's smegma, but how can I delete it? I wash and wash, but it reforms later and it doesn't smell good, so I don't how to do... Sometimes I use my thumb scrubbing to remove it, because I can see it on my glans and other parts of my penis. I have updated four pics so you can see and tell me more about glans and red parts. I washed my penis 1 hour ago and these are pics after 1 hour. Could it be a symptomless inflammation or is it normal? If it's normal, how can I remove definitely (obviously washing 2/3 a days) that smegma or white thing?! Please click on the 2nd pic and tell me if is this dry skin and what could I do. Thanks

Okay Jack, what is seen in the photos is very normal - so if you went to a doctor they would almost always say ‘you have absolutely nothing to worry about’!
However, you know your penis, and how it has looked up until very recently. To improve the health of the skin on your penis, there are several things you need to do - I include part of one of my Guide’s below as to what to do when you take a shower. Here are some other essentials for you:-
.

  • Before even getting into the realms that you may have a skin condition developing here is what you need to do to rule out that simply what you have is down to the way you have been washing your penis
  • NEVER wash your penis with ANY soap or other body wash such as shower gel. You MUST do this for at least 4 to 5 months to see if the healthiness of the skin on the head and elsewhere on your penis improves
  • after each time you wash you must FULLY dry all your penile skin. I am presuming you are uncircumcised, so here you need to fully expose the head of your penis, dry the head / glans and the whole of the inner-foreskin so that NO moisture remains
    .
In addition to these, controlling the odour from a penis is an issue many men struggle with here are some do’s and dont’s:-
    .
  • before urinating draw your foreskin down the shaft of your penis towards your body so that as little of your foreskin as possible can have contact with urine
  • wash as often as you can after urinating, after sexual arousal, when pre-ejaculate or semen has emanated from your penis and main remain on the surface skin of your penis
  • if you cannot wash after urination, such as when you are out of the house use a clean paper tissue or toilet tissue to remove any urine residue from around the tip of your penis
  • do ALL the above AND what I specify in my guide below for 5 to 7 weeks, if you can see at least some improvement you could get yourself some Liquid Coconut Oil and apply a very small amount to the head of your penis
  • I would suggest apply one day, then no application again until the third day afterwards (2 days no application)
  • best time to apply is after a shower and you have fully dried your penis
    .
    As well as:-
    .
    Brief Guide:
    .
Before you shower or take a bath, pull the foreskin as far forward as you can to protect the head of the penis, wash everywhere else on the body first then fully rinse, then expose the head of your penis and wash the head and foreskin with water only, rubbing with the inside of the hand and your fingertips to clean. Just as important is fully drying your penile skin - if you take showers dry your foreskin and head of your penis first with a clean dry towel, that preferably, only you use.
