Hi, yesterday morning I accidentally squeezed my penis head and i started to feel a kind of burning in my urethra just like soap gets inside, and went to peeing like 4 times in an hour because of the burning, today I woke up and realized that i have this red stain in the head of my penis, also I realized I have this little cracks, I haven't had sex in 5 months and I used a condom, what would this be, does it look strange? am I being paranoid?

From the photos it does not look like there is anything unusual going on, or present.
Hopefully the lesson you have learned is not to squeeze the head of your penis - the difference you may be noticing pre- and post-squeeze will likely fade away in time.
You mention about soap getting inside your urethra, this can potentially cause a severe issue with the Meatus (the actual pee-hole, or outlet from the urethra) and the urethra itself. You should NOT place any soap or any other form of body wash anywhere near the tip of your penis to prevent these issues.
The little cracks you have can be linked to being circumcised as this removes the natural source of hydration for the tip of the penis, and, to using things like soap and shower gel to wash your penis with as these too cause excessive drying of the skin on the head of the penis.
Best to do is to stop as far as possible soap and shower gel from draining onto your penis when you take a shower, NEVER apply soap or any other form of body wash, such as shower gel to your penis, and wash with water only, never expose the head of your penis to hot water
