i am noticing a black pigmentation around the penis hole, no pain but just sometime tingling sensation. can any1 let me know is it normal or i should be worried about it n see a doctor !!

is the black skin around the tip of penis normal ?
It is just an area of hyperpigmentation, this is common to some degree in all men, yours is just more noticeable as you have a dark skin tone.
