Currently i have a dry mouth and some clear nasal discharge when i get up in the morning. The lumps on the left could be when I injured my tonsil. Not too sure but can anybody let me know if there’s any serious issue.!!!
have you considered post nasal drip?
If the symptoms are several weeks old I think you should see a GP and maybe an ENT if the GP cannot help
