those are muceoles (idk how to spell them) I have them under my tongue and on the floor of my mouth and some on the sides. Ive had a specialist look at it and he said it was my taste buds/ salivary glands and they typically go away but they can last from months to even a year or two. Get a cordysol kind of mouthwash or something like that.
