looks like VP - Vestibular papillomatosis, which is a harmless condition that many more women than we think have. It shouldn’t interfere with any of your activities and essentially is part of your anatomy. So, from this image, it looks like your vulva and vagina are normal (if there was such a thing - every woman is vastly different)…

Not really, they are harmless after all but I quite understand why you would want them gone.. I suppose you could have a private cosmetic procedure if you were really distressed by them and it particularly impacted your confidence and body image. But in reality, its an unnecessary procedure so is not usually done…
There are lots of supposed home remedies on the internet, I would be reluctant to trust any of them to be safe…
