I wanted to know if this is a normal vagina, there is no pain whatsoever, and im a virgin aged 19 if that helps, although i have done sexual things with my partner, im not too concerned but is this just a hymen that has gone outwards?

Its just a normal vagina. No two vaginas look the same so dont go comparing yourself. We are all different.
