What I can ACTUALLY see in photo 2 suggests the head of your penis is completely normal.
There are a number of things that can look like lumps, bumps and spots on the head of the penis and these can often form what look like cracks and indentations where non are actually present in a very small area of the head.
Some men get then like you have, while others do not have them visible at all, or only partly so.
In time, you can help these become less noticeable - what you need to d from now onwards is severely limit the amount of contact with soap, shower gel and other forms of body wash to the upper part of your penis. Certainly do not apply these directly to the head of your penis - concentrate on using water only, the inside of your hand and fingertips to wash your penis with. Always end a shower, after you have washed and fully rinsed the rest of your body by simply using the running water, your inner-hand and fingertips to clean your penis with.
Many men get particular benefit from using liquid coconut oil intended for use on skin, particularly if they are circumcised. All you need is a very light coating, best time to apply it is after a shower once you have fully dried your penile skin. If you are circumcised best apply every other day, or have 2 days where you do apply before applying again, which is sufficient if you are not circumcised.
Please note: by not applying soap and other body wash directly, AND, using the coconut oil regularly you may not even notice any difference for quite a long period of time, and I do mean in-excess of 8 months + - this is a long-term approach and is something that you need to get in the habit of doing from now onwards to gain the benefits of doing this.
