# Is that HPV?

I have them for at least 3-4 years. I’m 23 and I guess I had a girlfriend or they became visible after we left. I guess I have also PPP but what is these? Have I HPV?

These could be skin tags or warts around your shaft, although they are along your circumcision line, so could also be associated with that. As for your corona/meatus, can you show your whole head?
