Hooked up with a girl 10 days ago, the very next day i looked like i had a pimple, popped it 2 days later, then the next morning i like ripped, peeled the scab of pimple and have had this since! Is it herpes?

that’s REALLY deep. I think its syphilis or a chancroid as well.. go get tested asap. syphilis untreated can cause brain damage and even death
u should test for syphilis an herpes looks alot like syphilis ulcer to me
